Vila Labod, built in 1968 as a luxury villa, now consists of three apartments, all equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee machine.

The villa is almost completely newly furnished.

Apartment 1

Ground floor: apartment 1 (56 m2, 2-4 persons) has one large bedroom with a double and a single bed, a separate living room with a sleeping cough, a dining kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an exit to the terrace at the lakeside.

Second floor: apartment 2 (115 m2, 2-6 persons) has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (220-280 cm) and a single bed, a large living room, a luxury bathroom with shower, an open kitchen with an exit to the balcony.

First floor: the largest apartment 3 (130 m2, max 8 persons) has three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one with a luxury bunk bed. a large living room, a dining room with an exit to a large balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and through the hall an exit to the second balcony at the lakeside.

Apartment 3

A separate laundry room, equipped with washing-machine and drier, to be shared by all apartments, is available on the ground floor as well as storage room for ski's and fishing rods. A separate bed for children is provided for. Mountain bikes, motorbikes, kayak's etc can be stored in a separate garage in the garden. In the yard is sufficient parking space for several cars. Garden furniture is at hand and the large yard offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the open air with ample privacy.
